Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season ... 2 Timothy 4:2
I repent of my sins and ask for Your forgiveness. Thank You for dying on the Cross and rising again for me. I invite You into my life as my Lord and Savior. Amen.
Prayer is at the heart of everything we do at Tamil AG Church. We believe prayer connects us to God’s presence, aligns our hearts with His will, and strengthens our families, church, and community. As a united body of believers, we come together regularly to seek God through individual and corporate prayer.
“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” — Colossians 4:2
We pray because Scripture calls us to remain devoted to God in every season. Prayer is not only how we bring our needs before the Lord, but also how we listen, surrender, and grow spiritually together as a church family.
Through prayer, we intercede for:
Men gather every Wednesday morning to intercede for our nation, families, and church. This early-morning prayer strengthens spiritual discipline and encourages men to begin their day seeking God first.
“The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” — James 5:16
Women meet every Friday morning to pray for families, church needs, personal growth, and community concerns. This time of prayer builds faith, unity, and spiritual strength among women of the church.
“Pray without ceasing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:17
On Tuesday mornings, women and mothers gather to specifically pray for children—their spiritual growth, protection, education, character, and future. This prayer time is dedicated to covering the next generation in God’s promises.
“I will pour out My Spirit on your sons and daughters.” — Joel 2:28
Once a month, the entire church comes together in fasting and prayer, seeking God’s direction, breakthrough, healing, and renewal. This is a powerful time of humility and dependence on God as we stand together in faith for personal needs, church vision, and global concerns.
“When you fast… your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you.” — Matthew 6:17–18
Every Saturday, we observe a Sabbath Prayer time to pause, reflect, and realign our hearts with God before the new week. This prayer gathering helps us rest in God’s presence, give thanks, and prepare spiritually for worship and service.
“Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.” — Exodus 20:8
Prayer at Tamil AG Church is not just an event—it is a lifestyle. Through consistent prayer, we believe God transforms lives, strengthens families, raises leaders, and advances His Kingdom.
“They all joined together constantly in prayer.” — Acts 1:14
